Warrior-Healer-Builder (WHB) is designed for people of African descent who identify as racially and ethnically Black.
The work centers around the lived experiences, histories, and realities of Afrikan people, and creates a space where those experiences can be explored without external pressure, interpretation, or judgment.
WHB does not focus only on mindset or surface-level behavior change.
It addresses the deeper emotional, historical, and psychological patterns shaped by oppression while providing practical tools to shift how we think, feel, and act.
This is structured, intentional work that moves beyond awareness into practice.
Both options are available depending on the service.
Workshops and organizational trainings may be offered in person, while coaching sessions are often available virtually.

No prior experience is required.
Some participants come with a deep background in this work, while others are just beginning to explore these ideas.

No. WHB is not therapy.
