Experience

Equip trusted members of your organization with advanced WHB tools, protocols, and ongoing support so they can help teams navigate conflict, deepen trust, and strengthen organizational culture.

Transforming Organizations Through WHB.

Warrior-Healer-Builder (WHB) is a research-informed and experience-tested model developed through decades of work in communication, history, psychology, and education.

For over 30 years, WHB has created racially and culturally grounded spaces where people of Afrikan descent can engage in honest exploration free from the pressure, surveillance, or judgment that often exists in contested environments.

These are spaces where truth can be spoken, felt, and worked through.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Team members avoiding difficult conversations

  • Conflict escalating instead of getting resolved

  • Emotional exhaustion and internal fragmentation

  • Leaders carrying the emotional burden alone

  • Staff lacking practical tools for repair and reconnection

  • Emotional exhaustion and internal fragmentation

  • Organization losing alignment with their mission and values

  • Valuable team members leaving because of unresolved tension

  • Organization on the verge of dissolving due to festered wounds with no options for healing in sight

WHB Keepers of the Culture helps organizations develop an internal capacity for healing-centered leadership, conflict transformation, accountability, and authentic communication.
